1. Acceptance
By using Socixis you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://socixis.dev/privacy).
2. The service
Socixis provides AI tools to create content (captions, images, video), build websites, and publish to connected accounts such as YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and Bilibili. Features and pricing may change.
3. Connected accounts and Google services
- You connect third-party accounts yourself and can disconnect them at any time.
- When you connect YouTube, Socixis uploads videos to your channel only when you publish or schedule a post. YouTube features use YouTube API Services, and you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Socixis's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke Socixis's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish, for having the rights to it, and for following the rules of each connected platform.
5. Payments
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Stripe handles checkout. The Starter plan is free through the waitlist. One-time packages are delivered as described.
6. Termination
You can stop using Socixis at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform's rules.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Socixis is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Apixis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
